Ucluelet is one of the hottest BC Salmon Fishing and Halibut Fishing Charter spots on the West Coast of Vancouver Island that has not seen a decline in limits for fish. Wes and crew with some chinook salmonUcluelet on Vancouver Island rivals all the best West Coast locations.

With Ucluelet Fishing Charters, you reliably get to where the salmon are found! Departing as early as 5:30 a.m., guests are provided a full day of fishing. The guides have pinpointed many ‘out of the weather “tacks”, so the fishing charter continues through the afternoon, even in inclement weather. Anglers commonly catch 15 to 30 lb Chinook Salmon all summer long, with some catches weighing up to 50 lbs.

BC Salmon Fishing Trips end in the early afternoon, which allows time to get the fish processed. Ucluelet Fishing

Charters guides have “Fishful Thinking” or “Far West Foods” do the quality processing. By the time you’re ready to return home, your fish is cleaned and frozen, travel-ready and ready to cook. For more time on the water, book a package fishing charter of two or more days of salmon and Halibut fishing. Multiple days allows more fishing time, since the fish can be stored on ice or frozen. Only on the final day of the fishing charter does the water time have to be cut short to allow time for fish processing.
